I registered with the BMT College for a short course and I was aasured that my books were sent to the post office via sms, I went 5 TIMES to the post office with no success of getting my books and time is running as I want to finish this course on time, I went the first day and was told by the lady from there that they are knocking off at 16h15 so I have to come the following day, I explained to the lady that I a m from work, and rushed there to fetch my books and she says thats not her problem, I left and came the following day, when I went the following back at 16h10, I was told to go to counter 6 as the parcels are there, I went to counter 6 and there was no one, I asked the lady that sent me to the counter to tell me what time the guy from that counter leaves and was told that he leaves early at 15h30, I asked the lady to call the supervisor as this was starting to be a game I didnt want to engage in, the supervisor came, after 15min and she introduced herself as Bev, I asked her nicely for my parcels she asked me to leave my numbers even today im still awaiting the call for my parcels, Should I derigister or should I wait for them till its suit them to work??? Im delayed...
