Yesterday, 6th August, I took my tracking numbers for 2 parcels to the Highveld PO as the parcels should've been delivered. One was at the PO the other apparently was not. I was told to come back later. I went back later the same day only to be told that it was at another branch. This was after being given major attitude for daring to try again to get my parcel. The lady behind the desk made jokes about me in front of me with her colleagues. I drove to the other branch only to be told that it was sent to the Highveld branch the day before.By that time, the Highveld branch had closed. I went home only to find that a parcel slip had arrived from Highveld PO with a stamp dated the 5th. Now please tell me how those lazy, rude and arrogant employees cannot just do something as simple as finding a parcel?
