Use these people at your peril. They use subcontractors to do the fitting so depending on who you get, its 50-50, you may very well pay a lot of money for absolute rubbish. They make all sorts of excuses to try and put the responsibility of the shoddy work on you, something is wrong with your walls, etc. My advise, get a company that has trained in-house installers that value their brand too much to place it in the hands of a sub contractor. I paid 8k for a essentially an edifice. There is a finger's distance between the wood and the glue thats meant to attach the wood to the wall. The so called wardrobe rivals a restaurant pantry in size, taking up half the room and literally rendering it unusable. Its literally 1, 5 times the size of a normal professionally done built in cupboard. I wouldn't use these people again even if somebody paid me to!! As I said, use them at your own peril!!
