Bad attitude&Customer Service by Mgr Marielize

I bought a queen size bed at DecorFun about a year or so ago, paid a delivery fee &the bed was delivered by one of the shop agents. The bed consists of two sides of the headboards (left and right) which attach to each other &connected by a piece of wood in between. To my surprise, the bed was incorrectly packaged with two of the same sides of the headboard, rendering it useless. After countless times of trying to resolve the problem with the manager Marielize, i finally got the Branch Leon who, unlike Marielize was polite &at least understood my predicament. He told me to bring the bed & have it exchanged at the shop. Once again, Marielize takes the crown, the headboard she ordered the guys to bring was torn on the leather side panels, you could see the wood, dirty with sticky glue marks on it, very shabby with a capital S & told me that was all she could do. To this day, I am stuck with a bed I paid money for & it is just standing there collecting dust & DecorFurn refuses to exchange or refund me even after acknowledging that the bed is theirs. The system should have a print-out as the delivery address was captured on the system. I am very disappointed at the absence of customer service & the
