Bought some shelving wood and requested it to be cut to size paid for the product filled in a job card and waited over one hour for a piece of wood to be cut the 10 people who came after me were served before me and in the interim the floor salesman who had taken the board to be cut had disappeared after numerous queries with various people the job card was found on the floor and when the product was cut it was not cut to correct size had to return to the shop where the carpenters made and even worse hash up of the job.
