Our geyser burst, our Kwikot geyser was still under warranty so they were fantastic in coming the same day to replace it. Two weeks later - we have water running down our walls and into the linen cupboard.
After much begging they eventually send two guys to check the geyser - a pipe was not placed properly and its been leaking. Im not asking for huge compensation - just to paint my roof and the yellow marks.
I have had to call them 15 times to get a response, they say they will call and don't. Im really disappointed that a simple sorry has not even been given. Its disgusting that they think they can treat customers like this.
