Poor service AFTER receiving MONEY

The store confirmed that my goods are ready and that they have received full payment on Thursday this week. I arranged for the goods to be picked up only to be told that I have to send them confirmation of payment. I had to run around again due to their poor administration and communication. Koba, the area manager said she will come back to me with regards to my request to discuss this matter with the owner, Mr Stapelberg. It seems that this company is quite secretive. Why can I not speak to the manager? My money is good enough for you, is it not?
