Last week I placed an order with you. Order number 1000414283, the ref number I was given for the banking is KALSERATXH. I made the EFT transfer on the same day I placed the order, this morning I get an email saying that the order has been cancelled because no payment has been received. This is not the case, you have the money. Called in and spoke to Sheava Prince and Anisha Abrams, both are useless and un-willing to help. They can see we have paid but money was allocated incorrectly on your side, so why is this my fault. I asked to speak to a manager, it is so odd that when you call to speak to a manager suddenly every manager at Kalahari are in all day meetings. No wonder things like this happen if there are no managers around. They kept going on about a refund, I do not want a refund just send me the goods I ordered and paid for, it really isn't that difficult to understand. Fix this now and send me my goods.
