Illegal deductions by Rocket Direct marketing

Good day I on two occations reported the above mentioned company for monthly illegal deductions from my bank account. Till date I have had one response from the first complaint none from the second.

The deductions is still going off I and I cant get any response from Mr Sha.

Please I need advice.
