I am very disappointed and feel like my account is not safe with FNB anymore. i had contacted them numerous times to stop the illegale deuction of money from my account to netnoclear cc. in all my enquiries I only once got feedback to call Raiwan at Netnolear. Now similar deductions is starting on my account for Stratcol. No Surely by now the bank is fully aware of companies such as Stratcol, Netcash and Netnoclear who seem to perform illegal transection on people accounts but nothing is being done. Since October 2012 an amount of R1200 when to netnoclear and this month R99 to stratcol. I realy am starting to think of changing my bank. Spoke to this Raiwan at Netnoclear who told me I must call 031 826 4932 or 079 696 8764 (Company call Rocket direct marketing) Spoke to a lady there without success lot of excusesses and promices that the money will be paid back. Nothing received till now, except new deductions every month. Cant even found a company like that on the internet except internationally not sa. At the end of the day the bank indicates you as a bad payer while it is them letting unlawfull deductions going through.
