Hi, my name is Herman Mosaka.
On the 06 june 2013 i went for a training at the company called in the dot, for being an owner driver. We were delivering telephone directory books and were payed according to the job done. i worked with them and was payed well. On the 11 june 2013 i was given 200 books to go deliver in a place called Elands in Randfontein to business companies and i found out that its quite a small area and there's only few businesses in the area, so i managed to deliver only 23 books and was left with 177 books. i called my trainee and told him, who told me to come back and get another job, i went back and was given another job to go finish it as the person that was doing it is no more with the company and was told that i'll be paid the hole amount that was suppose to be paid to that person but to my surprise i was not paid and the finance guy (Jack Mgayo) doesn't want to pay me, he says that job was not suppose to be given to me. i went to see him twice. spending my own petrol and he's always not there but keeps tellng me to come. i want him to pay me my outstanding R2674.00 plus my waisted petrol of R400.00 in those occasions, please assist me in that regard.
