We've been renting from Hensa properties in Polokwane for the last year and to say the least its been a horrible gravel road we've travelled together.
our house when we moved in had electrical faults, the pool was damaged, the roof leaked and the general hosehold items (toilets, basins, light fittings walls etc) were in bad shape, the garden was dry and barren.
Over the last year we have reported requested meeting and have been made promises which have not been kept.
1: The pool was green and over run with black algae when we arrived it also leaked to the point that we had water bills of more than R1000.00 a month keeping it full the cleaned the pull and fixed the pump but refused to continue after that it now stands empty as we cannot afford to keep it full.
2: The light and plug fitting were not fastened and the geneal wiring shorts so badly you can see it through the holes of the light fittings in the dark and recently a light fell on my moms head due to the leak in the roof and bad fittings.
3: The promised to spend R1500.00 a month until the issues were all resolved the stopped last december with the pool
4: now to top everything off after all this they put up our rent.
