A wrong order of R260 was passed and placed along with my Justine orders on the 03/13/2013, I reported this to my sales manager Sheryl De wit, on the 06/04/2013 we were supposed to meet so that she could fetch the product, then credit my account with the aforementioned amount, this never happened, as she had other commitments to attend to, so the, matter carried on for days, weeks and now for months, with no positive feedback, I have reported this to the Justine customer services and I was spoke 2 Mpho and Kefiloe, but till today I still have the product in my hands, am getting threatening calls from them, and my credit profile is affected negatively.
