On 14 August 2013 I've contacted Fibreline Pools to get my Chlorinator replaced.
I eventually ended up also replacing my filter sand and pool light/bulb on Jan's recommendation.
The entire experience just turned into a massive nightmare.
Jan finds it extremely difficult to be open and honest about anything.
It took him 6 weeks to eventually arrive at my house to start the ORIGINAL job.
To cut a long story short, while replacing the pool light, his men managed to cause a leak in the light housing.
Only days later I informed him that the pool is losing water at a rapid rate
It took me about 25 phone calls before he eventually returned to the site 7 weeks later.
On his return, he realised that the water actually leaked through the pool light which he replaced.By now I've lost 35 000 litre!
They now had to lift the paving to fix the issue. (which he would bill me for!)
A day or two later it was "fixed" and they filled the pool AGAIN.
We soon realised that it was still leaking water through the light.
2 months and I'm still sitting with an unfilled hole behind my pool and bricks that's never been replaced.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I HAVE - PLEASE AVOID FIBRELINE
