SHOCKING BILL RECEIVED and no response from Acc's

We took our dog in, on 12 Sept 2012, and paid a deposit of R1000 and Dr Kevin advised it wont cost more than R3000. They kept Toscha, overnight and called at 11am with his diagnoses. He needed dialyses as his kidneys failed. He explained that he needs to do 1 more scan and dialyses is expensive. I advised him, that he must wait with any further treatments, until I have spoken to my husband. Within 15 minutes, my sister in law arrived at TAH, on our behalf and advised them to put Toscha down. Our account arrived and it was a shocking R4221.00 AND the SCAN was done. I called them to query the account, but wasn't able to speak to debtors, left a message and sent an email to Yolandi on 17 Sept. I followed up again end October, and again Acc's Dept was not avail, both times she hasnt called back. We paid the account in full Mid Dec, excluding the scan amount as we did not authorize it and emailed to explain this. Got an sms today from attorneys, demanding final payment of R2200 on 25 Jan 13. I called TAH, Debtors not available AGAIN. I have emailed the attorneys and Debtors and no response yet! Disgusted with their fees and lack of response! Not 1 phone call, but demands from ATTORNEYS
