Claim not Paid

The Medical Aid approved a request for a MRI Scan my husband had to go to at Universitas Hospital on the 16th November 2012 with the authnr: 013307576 they gave us on the 11th November 2012 when we called them. Now its 6 months later and still refuse to pay. Its unacceptable and I feel they approved the scan if they did not approve we would not do the scan because we dont have the R9 364.00 the scan costs. I am exhausted of fighting and sending emails and not getting any explanations! They now say theres no funds but HOW can they approve an scan if theres no funds! Its unacceptable and I wont accept it! What was the money used for and when!? We've got an Oncology limit and Plain limit. Im waiting for an xplanation asap!
