My account was paid up in June 2013 however their debt collectors Sandra MDB kept calling and are very rude on the phone. I eventually went on the website and emailed RCS and Hayley Africa responded and she not very helpful and asking for a settlement letter. She was extremely rude in her email dated 5 Sept and I told her so in my response and I see MDB called a day or so later requesting a payment of R1000 or sum amount like that and I told them no as I already paid the account off. To date I have not received any response from RCS or MDB regarding the payment of my account and it is still listed on the itc as I owe R3381.I am so horrified that a company can employ such rude and inefficient staff or employ the services of unprofessional attorneys like MDB.
