BAD REPAIR & SERVICE

The 1st time my car went to Chip Perfection to be fixed was January / February 2012. After a few months the paint that he had used to fix the dent and scratch mark had cracked. Again my car went to the workshop, I got my car back 3 days later but there was still a noticeable hairline mark/crack.
The 3rd time the car was collected the following happened: The small panel where the electric window mechanism sits were broken, When I got my car back a few days later I notice that it was the same broken panel that they glued back. They then said that they will still order a panel and phone me when they will replace it. Up to date still nothing!!
I phoned Brendan now in March 2013 and I left my details - he never phoned me back.
On 4 April I phoned again and said to the woman I am a new client. Brendan then spoke to me!!! He then said that he will sort this problem out for me and that he will phone me back the same day to lto let me know when he will come and collect my car for them to fix. Up until now I still wait for that call!!!
