In march 2013 i was called by a company called executive debt solutions (NCRDC398 TEL NO 0219300165) and my consultant was nicole who offered me debt counselling which i accepted as i was in debt. My debt counsellor was DENVER SAMPSON (TEL 0218204327) he worked out an amount of R4500 per month which i have paid cash into the bank account given to me totalling payments of R13500.. i tried to contact the compay as i had queries but the phone just rang, i sent an e mail to mr sampson who sms me that the company was undergoing a change and their details changed.. in mid july my creditors started to sms me for payments when i contacted my debt counsellor he told me that the company executive debt solutions was being taken to court as the ceo of the company was funds for his own use however he failed to mention this earlier as i was still making payments to the company. i requested him to refund my money and he told me he is awaiting the payment distribution agence (PDA) to pay all monies to him as they won the court case against executive debt solutions. recently i contacted him and he says that PD A is refusing to pay and i must contact them direct. i could lose my vehicle
