I get offered this "wonderful service and products" from Isabella.
They deduct the money from my account and I haven't received any of the products. I explain that I don't know if I can use these products due to my skin. Lady advises to use them for 3 months then we can see how it goes well I cannot use them. I get a email will refund to the amount of unopened products, well now waiting and get yet another mail they sorry not refunding the money due to they "cannot" find the call stating what I was told???
This is really terrible and I will let everyone know of this "wonderful service" There is nothing wrong with the products but they way they handle situations is disgusting. Im past unhappy.
