A guy by the name of kyle coetzee from siyaya debt solutions called me and offered debt counselling i said give me a quote, but by the end of the week i was already under debt review and my accounts where being stopped.so i had called the company a week later and he no longer works there, so i had to cancel the debt counselling.the company sent a 7-14 letter to all m accounts saying i voluntary withdrew from debt counselling when i did not apply for it in the first place.now i cannot get anything from my bank or from any banks because i am a high risk customer.and no one can give me proof of me signing or telepathically going ahead with debt counselling. now i am stuck with my name plastered all over the walls as someone who applied for debt counselling.i have spoken to the managers there both celeste and nazlie and they cannot give me an answer they say the don't keep calls from last year and i don't know what proof the have then of me taking debt counselling.
