After going off debt counselling in November 2011, every few months our names land back onto the credit bureaus and our profiles are listed as being on debt counselling. We have explained this to the credit bureaus on numerous occasions as well as to the debt counsellor. the debt counsellor (Mr Luke Hurst) does not seem to notice how this happens, although the credit bureaus says they get the info from the debt counsellor. The Operations Director from Debt Busters says the NCR sends the details through to the credit bureau... how is it then that the NCR's details have not been updated. why wasnt the NCR informed that my wife and I have been off debt counselling in 2011 already... the service of debt busters are pathetic... they dont have a clue what customer service really is and i will never recommend anyone to use their services.
