I've been with Ananzi for 10 months of my 12 month contract and have still not yet reached third page google recognition. My emails are simply ignored when requesting feedback and changing on keyword to maybe increase visibility. The only way to get a response is by making a big fuss then too they will entertain you for a short while then simply fade away once again.
I have requested to cancel my contract as they obviously cannot provide the service which I am paying for, up till today the refuse to cancel the contract. If the money was worth it I would definitely take legal steps.
I strongly discourage anyone to ever use their service. They are incompetent and promise the world but deliver nothing and they do not communicate once the contract is signed.
I have never dealt with such a useless company before.
