First Road Emergency
Not giving the correct information through

On the morning of 26 July 2013 I was in a car accident and the very first person on the scene was On of first road emergency drivers Glen whom helped me very well. At the time I did not have the cash for them to tow the my car (Whom in his own words said to me was a right off) back to my home. He then offered me the suggestion that he could tow the car to one of there storage facilities (Hallmark, Bremly) where there people will take a look at the car and then offer me a price for the car as it is.

a Week went by without hearing anything from them (after they said they will contact me), the Friday I contacted them and the person on the other side of the phone (Vernon) explained to me that the car was not in that bad shape (After Glen told me it was a right off), but the highest offer he could give me was R 2 000. I then asked him what would I get out of the deal because I need the money for a new bike or car and he then told me the towing fees and storage fees alone would be R 2 000 and that I would get nothing.

So two weeks down the line I'm in trouble with no form of transportation.

I would not refer First Road Emergency to any one I Know!
