Kreepy Krauly Bullshark - worst product, worst service and worst customer treatment ever! Product doesn't work it on it's back in the pool. After reading other complaints on Hellopeter I've come to realise there is a problem with the Kreepy Krauly Bullshark and it's most definitely NOT our pool system. Unfortunately Kreepy Krauly must still be in denial because they keep telling us it's our system... We don't want this product anymore and will definitely not make any suggestions to friends or family to purchase it. WARRANTY PERIOD means nothing - we still can't get it fixed or repaired they're simply not interested.
