We've tried to get this product to work properly in our pool for the last 2 years! 1. It doesn't move around the pool properly and 2. the suction seal ends up in mid water 90% of the time, as if there isn't enough weight on the bottom to properly. We thought it might be our pump, so we bought an alternative, a Barracuda which is as we speak working like we've never seen before, perfectly! Just want to let other consumer's know not to waste their money on Kreepy's products.
