I recently purchased a kreepy krauly and it was faulty within the first 2 months. I contacted the store that I had purchased the unit from and they immediately contacted Kreepy Krauly (Pentair) whom took almost a week to in turn contact me after I had follwed up twice.
They could only accomodate me between 9 and 2 on week days whilst I was expected to be at work. I then made arragnements to have the unit picked up from the store I had purchased it from. I was then advised it would take 2 - 3 working days to have it repaired as they already knew what was wrong with those units and was told it takes a few minutes to repair. 2 weeks later, several calls later and several failed promises and I still have not received my unit back!!!
