Hi, I've been getting sms notificatations that I have an outstanding account for my TV licence for a TV set that I do not have.
Today I recieved several missed calls from this no: 27878081569 then finaly when the person decides to speak to me it was a un profesional lady whom spoke to me in "Zulu" then being very rude said I took out a TV licence in 2007 and have not paid since. I have a TV at home that's on my husbands name & have not bought a TV set since 2001 which & I reported it & TV was cancelled!!!
