NO INTEREST FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I PAID A DEPOSIT 3 WEEKS AGO FOR A CORNER COUCH IN WHICH I AM STILL WAITING FOR,

THE AGREEMENT WAS MENTIONED THAT I WOULD PAY THE BALANCE ONCE THE GOODS WAS RECIEVED IN ORDER THAT IT WAS AS TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS?
THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION FROM DAN GOVENDER THE MANAGER AND NOT EVEN A PROGRESS CALL TO ME.

I GET TOLD LAST SATURDAY THAT THE COUCH WOULD BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY LAST WEEK IN WHICH I LATER GET A CALL THAT THE BALANCE MUST BE PAID UPFRONT WITHOUT RECIEVING IT.
DAN DOES NOT CALL ME TO CLEAR THIS WITH ME AND THEN THE TROUBLE STARTS...

AFTER TRYING TO GET HOLD OF HIM SINCE 2:00 THAT EVENING HE FINALLY TAKES MY CALL AT AROUND 10:20PM WITH A STROPPY ATTITUDE AND DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHO I WAS AND STATED SEVERAL TIMES THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW ME AND HE DOES NOT CARE!!!

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY DEPOSIT TODAY AND HE STILL HAS NOT BOTHERED TO CALL ME TO APOLOGISE!

THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM A MANAGER I HAVE EVER RECIEVED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

THIS IS POOR SERVICE AND THE MOST DISSAPOINTING ATTITUDE EVER EXPERIENCED.
