I have a loan with call direct and in december 2013 I paid my monthly instalment at the bank (Cash), then last week I called them advising them to stop the debit order as my bank is charging me for unpaid debit orders, and the response I got was that they wont be able to change the payment method, Am no longer using that account number for my salary and it's for my own personal reasons of which I dont want to disclose to them, I dont know what their proble is! I am not satying I wont pay them back, I still have a job but for my own reasons I want them to stop debiting my account to avoid the charges from the bank, I will carry on paying by cash until further notice. Who are they with their rude consultants to tell me how to manage my money, Call Direct just back off! As long as I'll be paying you I dont know why you want to get funny with me.
