Phones works for a week, then never again

Hi

I bought the phones, last year November, kept them in their boxes. On Christmas last year i gave one to my child. She used it for a week, and from the start it seems that the phone's "back" button does not work very well, then the battery got flat, so i put it on charge and, it wens dead. I tried to put it on again, but it does not work.

So i gave her the pink phone, that i got with this one, to her on the Birthday in April. And she used it for a week, the battery went flat, and again it's impossible to put it on again.

So now i have to pay: R4258.80 for two phones that does not work. And i tried to email them, but their email adress does not exist.
