On Sat the 15th June we went to Hoopstad Post Office with my fiance to deposit the money, the people who were infront of us were all assisted. When my fiance got by the counter, he was told that the system is offline and could not be assisted. And when he got by the counter he was then asked personal questions by the employee which i feel that she wasnt professional at all.
I need to know from what time was the system offline at that post office and why other customers were assisted except for my fiance? The service which we got from there is very disguisting, unprofessional and bad attitude. Personal matters are being brought to work and yet excellent service cant be rendered.
I believe that i will get a response A.S.A.P as i couldnt send da money on that day, therefore i had to pay interest which wasnt within my budget.
