I placed an order for books on the 20th December 2012 with HayHouse Publishing South Africa, through their ecommerce website. My credit card was successfully charged, and the order was recorded on the website and is available in my account.
As of a month later, I have still not received the books, and the company does not respond to emails nor answer their telephone line. It is unacceptable to charge for items on a website and accept payments if there is no means or intention of HayHouse Publishing to fulfil the order. I plan to request a chargeback,
I strongly discourage people from ordering from HayHouse's local website, as it is unlikely your order will be delivered.
