Brett from SA Web met me on a Indaba ASSURING ME THAT I SHOULD CHANGE MY WEBSITE HOSTING to their company and that they will successfully manage as a webmaster-They would make a few changes and get my website visible on google.
What a nightmare!! for nopw more than 2 years!!!
They COULD NOT successfully copy my website
They CHARGED enormous fees ON DEBIT ORDERS monthly... without delivering what they contracted to "COPYING A WEBSITE SUCCESSFULLY!!
they dont reply on e mails
They dont return telephone calls
They dont confirm resignations
There accounts system cannot trace invoices sent out OR payments received
They are in fact money from the public not delivering what they promise
I think this company should be reported for a SARS investigastion
The confirm receiving payment BUT REFUSE TO RELEASE MY WEBSITE TO PEOPLE THAT PUT THEIR MONEY WHERE THERE MOUTH IS.
Absolutely ridiculous how many in the website world is in SA absolute nightmare.
the public should check references very carefully before deciding to deal with companies promising Internet services
