I ordered and paid books that was on a special price on their website on the 27th September 2013 which should have taken 2 weeks to be sent to me. I did not get anything and now one got back to me I then sent an email to enquire upon which they informed me that I have to still pay the postal fee which I immediately did on the 4th November 2013. Till date I have still not received books despite the fact that they informed me late December 2013 that it has been sent.
