Where is my parcel?

I ordered some supplies I needed urgently for my job, and according to the post office website tracking service has not moved since February 14th. It is the 25th now, that's 11 days it has not moved, rendering my ability to work useless. Supposedly there has been an illegal work stoppage, but that is not my problem as I paid for it to be delivered. Where is the alternative arrangements to get the parcel delivered? I need this parcel urgently and it is just sitting there. This is disgusting incompetence at its best.
