I have on numerous occasions reported that the pickitup truck bumped my dustbin cause they were driving so wild while they were collecting garbage and the wheels broke off. They then informed me that they will replace my dustbin but had no stock..I have ever since been phoning on a regular basis and they still remain out of stock..yet if I go to builders wharehouse and other plces they are selling these dustbins all over..I am paying for my service but cannot get any service. They even refuse now to collect the dirt from my dustbin because it it too much of a mission without the wheels..surely they can understand if they cannot do this then how am I suppose to carry it in and out myself, I am not young and I suffer to carry such a big dustbin with dirt in and out and when they do not collect it I have to pay someone to collect the rubble yet I am still paying for the service.
