Non-Delivery of Replacement Bin

Our dustbin was from outside our complex approximately 6 months ago - only two weeks ago was I able to get through to someone who understood the process for getting a replacement bin and could assist me. Subsequently I have paid, I have a receipt, I have a reference number, but do you think I can get a new bin??! The Randburg depot has been promising me for just over two weeks now that they will deliver, I have been there twice to try and collect it myself and both times they are "out-of-stock". NO ONE can help, the only thing anybody in the office there can say is "we are out of stock" over and over. The worst part is - I have been PAYING around R160 per month for refuse removal for the last 6 months, which hasn't been happening because I don't have a bin. So not only have I been paying, I've had to do the refuse removal myself! The entire process has been nothing short of painful, and I am blown away by the utter inefficiency, incompetence, lack of helpfulness, and non-existent service delivery. I will be extremely surprised if anyone even responds to this complaint, as Pikitup just doesn't give a.
