We must fix what was not our fault

Our service providers can really leave a bad taste in your mouth. Pikitup being one of them. Our dustbin was because they were picked late by the pikitup guys. Something that happens often. When my father went to enquire about it he was handed a piece of paper that had a list of what needs to be done should your dustbin be lost or damaged or, which was that it would be replaced by the supplier. But they neglected to mention that you have to fork out a thick R500 for a replacement!!! WHAT??? How ridiculous! I'm completely disgusted. We pay every month for our dustbin to be collected, which also doesn't always happen. But you get it once, it's on YOU!!! man! I hate this. This is what you get for being a
A citizen in South Africa. I've seen people with more that 2 dustbins on their properties that they didn't even have to pay for, but do you see them getting fined??? You guys are full of. And worst part of it is if we get ourselves a similar one that cheaper, the guys won't clean it out because its not theirs. Sies! You really leave no confidence for your customers.
