They our main dustbin almost an month ago, since then we have contacted several times the municipality to bring us new one. First we were told that there is no problem, one will be delivered to us within an week. NOTHING!! Happened. Then we phoned again, after getting through, they told us, they don't understand why the first person didn't tell us but there is no stock available,!! No stock! They can't tell us when this will be available, so what must we do? No, they said, just put out the disposable bags. We did so, luckily we were here that monday, they refused to take the bags and said they will take it if we give them an coke or something. We phoned the municipality again and said this is not working, after which they asked us the color of the bag, it was green, then they said that is why, so we bought black bags as suggested, they took them that monday. Now, I just got home, no one came to pickup the garbage in the neighborhood so dogs or people (ever) torn the bags and there is garbage lying every where. I want a new dustbin immediately, within this week or I will take further actions.
