Last year every time I want to order something they NEVER have the goods in stock or it's discontinued. Now I ordered the dustbin 60L I think and they did deliver it but it was bended so I sent it back where their own courier company collected the dustbin. Now they keep on phoning me for the installment but how can I pay for something I did not receive in good condition. Every time is someone else phoning me for payment and even confirm that the courier company did collect the goods and that my new dustbin will be dispatch from the warehouse but up untill today I did not receive the NEW dustbin. So eventually I cancelled the order with numerous Home choice employees phoning me. When I phoned today to check up on a NEW Comforter set they are advertising I found out that I still owe them an installment... This is probably the MOST problems I had in a long time with such a big company selling goods. Could someone in a Manager position please phone me to sort out this problem / complaint.
