It is time that the people that are responsible for the removal of dustbin rubbish in Valhalla are to try and do so with a bit more care and not to just destroy our dustbins after they had passed our yard today i took a drive in our street and was pretty off on the condition of our dustbins and that it to the handling of them by our local Municipality its time you all stop wasting our money and start pr acting what you preach now is your responsibility to replace all our dustbins and give proper training to your members.
