No email for three consercutive days

On Friday the 15th I called Fonechoice that sold me a laptop about a year and half ago and I requested that they give me the specs of the specific Pro-line laptop so that I can buy software which I have been quoted for by a company, now I have called them several times already and they have not yet responded to my request as they have claimed to have done so, this is so that my quote does not expire because the software is currently on special from the company that I am buying it from, But Since last week Friday I have been calling and spoke to several people and told several times that I did not make a call because they have nothing on the system, Now I have phone records which show that I have made calls to Fonechoice and I'm getting sick of constantly having to call people who will not help me get a simple thing like an email so that I do not have to pay more money for the software that I need for my laptop, If anything Finchoice, Home choice and Fonechoice has been by far the worst decision I have ever made and after today I will be sure to let everyone know how incompetent they are, It's utterly disgusting
