I Bought a new laptop last year November... not even 3 months down the line and already broken?? They came and fetch it on the 5th of March for repairs..at first when you phone them they say it takes 2 - 3 weeks then when you phone again 3 - 4 weeks... It's been a month now and still no sign of any computer?? They don't even have the odasity to phone you and keep you up to date..I need to phone them?? My husband is doing his business on the laptop. I think they can keep the laptop and stop the debit orders with immediate affect.
