I have been using huggies since my first son was born in Jan 2010 now with my 2nd son too.
I brought a pack of nappies a month ago and half the packet the nappies are missing the strips I had to use tape to tape the nappy onto my child until I could get new nappies the next day. needless to say I didn't by huggies. I love my huggies and miss them but for the price and now having a half a pack I cant use and having no response back from huggies is so disappointing.
I have faxed them a letter every week for a month no I have heard nothing.
