I paid Bianca Gerber of Mould Modling in Port Elizabeth for a Bag, portfolio, and DVD for my granddaughter. Promises were made by Bianca Gerber to give these items to my granddaughter but she never received any of the items. I phoned and watsapp Bianca Gerber and she makes promises and appointments to deliver and never does. I even went to the consumer protection to try and get her to deliver the items to me. I have asked her for her address and was perpared to collect form her home and the modling agency but she still will not give the items that I PAID FOR. O! she tells me that she has them . and then wants me to sign at her lawyer, but she will not give me the name of or her phone number of her lawyer.
