2 Months delay & inconsistent progress status

1.Original Quoted amount of R292k with a estimate of 150 hours labor authorised by insurance. As at1st March (When parts arrived) it is now way over the quoted hours.
2.Car was dismantled when I saw it on 27/03-Pictures taken. Corrie estimated delivery of 09/04. Call for Update 03/04-Car was in Paint Prep. Call for Update 10/04-Control Arm is now apparently broken-part only arrived 09/04. Call for Update-11/04-Car is in Paint. Call for update-12/04-Car is in Paint Prep-AGAIN! Escalated to Insurance-Craig (Corrie on leave) promises delivery for 17/04. Craig calls 16/04-two additional problems found and Craig says that assessor wants to write the car off! I Call Insurance to validate- Guess what - Craig was lying! Assessor authorised Replacement of parts! My Insurance had to manage YOUR manager to ensure that the parts were ordered.
3.Hello Peter complaint (https:///danmar-autobody-westrand/complaints/poor-workmanship-2-months-delay-1056016) receive a courtesy car and I was declined. The cost and time to repair my vehicle is way more than mere hail damage. Is it Corrie this time that is lying about availability?
