Does SA Post-Office not have a GPS? Clearly Not!

I have very important documentation I am waiting for to be delivered to my Company in Kempton Park.
It was clearly specified for this Parcel to be DELIVERED to the address supplied for good reason.

I am not willing to be mugged, or hijacked by going to Bredell to get my parcel (SA Postoffice Staff in general are too LAZY to do a job they are paid for), again that is why people give a specific address for delivery.

I have received no "first notification", even though the system states so since Friday "morning"

I have tried contacting the offices, but no answer. Is this what you call SERVICE (DELIVERY)?
