Bad Service and backup delivery

I purchased a laser lipo slimming machine from Rozess Slimming supplies and made payment end of April 2013. I only received the machine on the 10th July 2013. The touch screen of the product is already gone and they want an amount of R 10 000 to repair the screen. The machine cost a hefty R 130 000 and the product should still be under warranty from the supplier. The directors refuse to respond instead hide behind the forefront of the receptionist. BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDES and most of all BAD PRODUCTS!!!
