Since my dealings with Rozess last year it has been a nightmare. The admin person was new at the company and did know the procedures or info required. I ordered goods from them for the value of R135 000. After i received the goods it was the incorrect order and when i approched them they just denied all the mails and I had to pay for sending the goods back from cape town to pretoria after i paid for it to be delivered. After this I opened one of the boxes where my machine was in to find that it has been damaged. Again they dont want to take responsiblily for this and expect me to pay for fixing the mess, delivery cost ect ect. 24 hours has passed and no one has the decency to return our calsl to solve the matter. The owner is ducking and diving our calls. The technition who is suppose to be able to rectify the issue is unable to do so and have no anwers. Please be carefull of this company they are only out to take your money and you will not get service from them as advertised on there website. They are unproffesional and dont take responsiblity for their actions and the way of business is a joke. They are always to busy to respond to mails or calls, dont waiste your money
